Welcome to Woodcroft. This Durham, NC community is ideally situated and very accessible to all points in the Triangle. This prime Durham, NC community is ~12 minutes to Duke, ~15 minutes to the heart of Chapel Hill, ~15 minutes to RDU International Airport, and ~20 minutes to Raleigh and Cary. The terraine is slightly rolling, with lots of mature hardwood trees. The community amenities include an abundance of paved walking trails, a pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, and a playground. Woodcroft is an affordable, friendly and warm community!  Building began in the mid 1980s and reached its peak in the late 1990s.  There are various styles of homes found within Woodcroft, from traditional to more contemporary.  Though it is a larger community, the well planned layout of the homes lends itself to a small community feeling.
